Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched same day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail, TNT and UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail or UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please for signed for or expedited delivery choose relevant option for shipment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and location of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
International orders do not have next day shipment delivery option however signed for service is available for Europe.

Returns & Exchange
We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected. We offer a 7 days return policy from the date of receipt to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. To qualify for this, the item(s) must be in unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. All Items must be returned with the original box, instructions, guarantee and all extras.
When we receive the item, our returns department confirm that everything is present and in it’s in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We aim to process all refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the refund to be processed and the money to reach your account.
You should return it to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery or a similar recorded service. This way the delivery is insured. You should also record the tracking number. We reserve the right to reclaim our original outgoing postal charges
Please return the a copy of the invoice with a brief note for the reason for return
If you have misplaced your returns form, return the item to us with a covering note with your invoice number.
If you wish to exchange a purchase for another item, please return your undesired item for a refund and order a new item.
